Join Our Online Muscle Strength Exercise Study for Blind Adults
Are you legally blind and interested in staying active from home? We are inviting 10 blind adults to join an online exercise study in September 2025. This program is designed to help improve exercise instruction for the blind community. The detailed information will be announced soon.
What the Study Involves:
- Attend two 50-minute Zoom sessions (1 session per week, for 2 weeks)
- Learn effective muscle strength exercises using verbal instructions
- Do everything from home—no need to travel!
What You’ll Receive:
- A braille-marked exercise mat and smartphone stand (shipped to your home for free)
- A $50 Amazon gift card as a thank-you for participating
Who Can Join:
- Adults (18+) who are legally blind
- Able to do light to moderate exercises safely
- Can use Zoom with a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Agree to record Zoom videos
What You’ll Need:
- A safe space to move
- A chair, towel, and small weights (like filled water bottles)
- A device with camera and Zoom access
