How to Use These Sessions
Before you begin, we want to help you get the most out of your experience. Please follow these simple steps to ensure comfort and safety.
Preparation Tips
Your well-being comes first. Before starting any session:
- Choose a clear and safe space—ideally about two arm lengths in all directions.
- Remove tripping hazards such as cords, furniture, or clutter from the floor.
- Gather any recommended items for your exercise. These may include:
- A sturdy chair for support
- A yoga mat or non-slip surface
- A bottle of water
- Comfortable, breathable clothing
Using the Sessions’ Modules
Our sessions’ modules are fully audio-based, with clear instructions and cues designed for independent use:
- Play directly through your computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Easily controlled using keyboard or voice commands (play, pause, volume)
- Verbal guidance descriclbes each movement—no visuals required
- Clear audio signals let you know when to start, stop, and rest
- Rest periods are paced and announced so you can stay on track
